Group Rates

Group Trip Policies:
Parties of 25 or more are required to book as a group. Booking as a Group guarantees that your party is seated together on the jet boats and at the restaurant. In addition, our group sales team is here to assure that your family or corporate event goes smoothly, from booking to boarding.

The following group policies apply:

A 50% deposit is required 45 days prior to departure, with the balance due on or before the day of departure. Payments can be made by cash, check, cashiers check, Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover.
Deposits are fully refundable if the entire reservation is canceled two weeks prior to your departure date.
Final count - as in reduction of numbers - is required 72 hours prior to departure. Once your final count is received, you will be responsible for paying for that number when you arrive.
Groups of 15 or more will be charged a $1.50 per person meal service gratuity. Jetboat pilots gladly accept gratuities.
