Educational Programs

Dear Principal or Activity Coordinator:

Each year, Hellgate Jetboat Excursions offers students and faculty the opportunity to experience the Rogue River at a special discount rate. We enjoy introducing the children to the river excursion and its intriguing history. This outdoor group activity is always a special way to highlight the school year. Please contact our Group Reservations Division for discounts that apply to your specific jet boat trip.

Important School Group Policies:

  • All communication and/or contracts for our Educational Jetboat Trips will be sent directly to the school arranging the trip (not to private parties)
  • Minimum of 25 per school group – if numbers fall below 25 please contact us for alternate arrangements.
  • A 50% deposit is due 45 days prior to departure in the form of cash, check, or cashiers check. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card & Discover.
  • The 50% deposit and signed copy of the contract must be received no later than 45 days prior to departure or your reservation will not be guaranteed.
  • Groups of 15 or more will be charged $1.50 per person meal service gratuity. Jetboat pilots gladly accept gratuities.
  • Final group count (reduction in numbers) must be called in no later than 72 hours prior to departure. Add ons possible only if seats available.
  • Because student attendance may vary each school may drop up to 10 seats from their reservation on the day of departure without penalty, more than 10 seats dropped within 72 hours will be charged at regular student/adult rate.

Picture Requests:

A framed, 4x6 photo of your group in the Jetboat is available upon request. If you would like pictures taken of your school group, you MUST notify us at least 24 hours prior to departure so we can schedule a photographer.
